Mexico's Olympic coach says Tottenham outcast Giovani Dos Santos is flying to Europe this weekend to complete a move to an unnamed club.

Dos Santos has endured a nightmare four-year spell at White Hart Lane, making just two Premier League starts since he signed from Barcelona four years ago.

The 23-year-old has had loan spells at Racing Santander, Galatasaray and Ipswich, while Sevilla and Atletico Madrid have recently been linked with signing the player on a permanent basis.

Dos Santos, who will represent Mexico at the Olympics, has been allowed to leave the country's training camp this weekend to return to Europe, where he will complete a move to an unnamed club, the country's coach Luis Fernando Tena has revealed.

"He asked us if he could complete the transfer from Tottenham to another team," Tena was quoted as saying mediotiempo.com.

"He has to go to sign papers, he has to go to get them sorted out.

"The most important thing is his mental state. We never had a doubt when he told us (he wanted to go back to Europe). We told him: 'Go. Do it."'

"He told us the name of the club. I can't say which club, but for us it is much better if he is relaxed, that he gets his contract sorted and that he comes back physically and mentally at his best level, content and knowing that he is going to play."

Apply These Tips To Your Property Buying Plan | Boca Raton Real ...

Always establish what your main goals are. Make sure you include every issue under negotiation, including whatever expectations you hold for each. Your convictions and expectations will be useful for prioritizing each goal. It is important to realize that everything will not go your way during a negotiation. You need to be somewhat flexible in order to get what you really want.

Always have your goals at the forefront of your mind as you are preparing to purchase a property. You should be aware of whether your goals are to be accomplished in either the short or long term. Don?t invest in any property that is irrelevant to your long-term or short-term goals. If you don?t consider your own needs before investing, you?re likely to lose money on the deal or get frustrated with your investment.

Prior to purchasing any home out there, you always need to check the property thoroughly. If you don?t have enough knowledge, you may lose money on unsuccessful endeavors. Remember, before you hand out the money for any type of property, you should check out crime stats, property values for the immediate area, the condition of the home, and many other factors.

Buying commercial property can be easier if you have a partner that you can trust. When you have a partner who has a good financial standing and reputation, it is much easier to quality for the loan needed to purchase the property. Having a partner gives you an extra person to help pay the necessary down payment and any needed credit in order to be qualified for a loan.

Investing in real estate is always a risky situation. Property values are now at a low since the market has crashed. This makes it a perfect time to move from that apartment into a home of your own. Don?t wait too long because before you know it, the market will quickly rise, and you?ll want to have a nice piece of real estate in your back pocket to be able to reap the benefits.

When you select an agent to assist you in finding a new home, question them on the amount of time they?ve been in the area. If they have only been around for a short while, they are not going to know as much about the roads, community restrictions and neighborhoods as someone else. Find an agent that has been living in the vicinity for a few years.

Find an attorney specializing in real estate if you are having to deal with foreclosure purchases. Complications can occur with pre- and regular foreclosures, so you need a legal representative to look out for your personal interests. This could actually end up saving you a great deal of money in the long run.

When house hunting, check that there plenty of parking spaces in the area if you are a driver. This is of particular importance for any home you are considering that has no driveway. You don?t want to end up paying more money to rent a parking space, and you don?t want to walk a mile to get to your car.

While a home with a view may be lovely to have, don?t spend extra on paying for it. Even though you may love the view, when you resell the house there is no guarantee that prospective buyers will value it as highly as you do. Try to not to overpay for the view.

You may be able to borrow an assessor?s device for measuring a house. You should do this before deciding to buy. You need to make sure public records for square footage match the listing. The square footage recorded in both places should be no more than 100 square feet in difference. If they don?t match, investigate further or reconsider the transaction.

In the majority of cases, a home that has been foreclosed on will need repairs. This is because these houses generally sit unattended for a while before they are put up for sale, and this means that there has been no regular looking after and care. Foreclosed homes usually require pest control and a new HVAC system.

If your future rental property has a garden, discuss with your landlord about who has the maintenance responsibilities before you sign the lease. Certain rentals make it a requirement for you to clean the garden or yard on your own or hire someone else to do this. Other rentals include this service in the rent every month.

Get a professional to look at the building you want to buy. Although you?ll have to pay a fee, hire a professional home inspector to conduct the inspection so that you will have recourse if something gets missed in the inspection.

If you are looking to relocate, consider looking into the neighborhood that the house is located in online. Some areas may have more information that others available, but at the very least, you can find certain information. Take into account factors such as cost of living, unemployment rates, population makeup and density to ensure you?re moving to a place with a lifestyle that?s suited to your needs.

Before you begin a search for a new home, get a copy of your credit report and look it over. Get your report, check it for errors and report any problems. Being certain that your credit history is correct and not damaged will help you to secure a better mortgage rate.

Ready to buy now? Hopefully, the advice provided above can help lessen any worries you have. Now, look for different opportunities to apply the information from this article as you search for the perfect property. The process of buying real estate need not be difficult. It is fun and exciting to finally own something on your own. All you have to do is calculate its cost, and always make smart decisions.

Verizon says Share Everything, and now you finally can

When Verizon finally came good on its Share Everything promise, mobile matrimony on the big red finally seemed a solid reality. If your team couldn't wait to get its sharesies on, then rest easy, as Verizon's come good on that 28th delivery date. Don't forget, you'll still have to cough up a monthly fee per device ($40 for a smartphone, $20 for a mobile hotspot etc) but you can still divvy up that $50-$100 monthly access fee, and be prepared to argue over that $15 overage charge if you choose the wrong one.

Greek vote only buys time in euro crisis

AFP -- Getty Images

"This is a victory for all Europe. We are committed to do what it takes and do it fast," New Democracy party leader Antonis Samaras said after his party claimed victory. But the euro zone's future is anything but certain.

By John W. Schoen, Senior Producer

ERFURT, Germany -- Greek voters Sunday bought Europe?s leaders a little more time in their two-year, unsuccessful struggle to contain an ever-widening financial crisis. But the forces that are slowing the continent?s economy and threaten to break the common currency apart show no signs of easing.

In what amounted to a referendum on a German-engineered program of deep spending cuts and sweeping economic reforms, Greek voters Sunday agreed by a razor-thin margin to continue to abide by Berlin?s harsh terms in return for an ongoing financial bailout that will allow Athens to keep paying its bills.

The imminent prospect of a painful economic future without that financial support prompted Greek voters to narrowly elect parties committed to abide by terms agreed to by Greece's former government. Sunday?s vote spelled defeat for radical leftists who had vowed to reverse course and break with austerity measures that have driven Greece?s economy into a deep recession.

Now, the conservative New Democracy, with roughly 30 percent of the vote, is expected to join with the PASOK Socialist party, with 12.3 percent, to form a new government.

?Today the Greek people expressed their will to stay anchored with the euro, remain an integral part of the euro zone, honor the country's commitments and foster growth,? Antonis Samaras, leader of conservative New Democracy party, told reporters after the vote. ?This is a victory for all Europe. We are committed to do what it takes and do it fast.?

Sunday?s vote was the most crucial test to date of the strained monetary union that lies at the heart of a financial crisis that has sent Europe into a widening recession. But the vote provided only a temporary reprieve.

Last week, banks in the weaker southern economies of Greece, Italy and Spain were hammered as investors and depositors fled, leaving those nation?s banks under added pressure. Worries about possible default of their government?s debt slashed they value of their bond holdings. Spanish government debt is now rated just above notch above junk status. Spain?s banks have also been forced to write down the value of home mortgages as they continue to suffer the painful hangover of a U.S.-like housing bust.

In the short term, Sunday's vote gives euro zone leaders, led by German Chancellor Angela Merkel, some breathing room. For the first time in weeks, there is now hope that Athens will form a government that will negotiate with Berlin and its allies over ongoing conditions for the financial lifeline that is keeping Greece from falling into economic chaos and exiting the common currency. ?

But Merkel has become even more isolated in her insistence that Greece citizens adhere to measures that have already lowered their standard of living and promise harsher sacrifices ahead.

On Sunday, French President Francois Hollande's Socialists strengthened its hold on parliament, wining an absolute majority, and giving him greater backing as he presses Germany to ease up on its insistence on austerity for weaker euro zone economies. Following the defeat Nicolas Sarkozy, his predecessor and Merkel's most visible ally, Hollande has reversed France?s course and pressed for an easing of austerity measures and for new spending to stimulate growth. He also wants to see a new euro zone banking system set up to protect depositors and states if banks fail.

Merkel and Hollande are set to fly to Mexico on Monday for a Group of 20 summit that will once again be dominated by Germany, the largest and most prosperous economy that is bearing the brunt of the financial burden of bailing out it weaker neighbors. Sunday?s elections in Greece will only push Germany deeper into the crisis.

Still, after 18 unsuccessful summits in the past two years, it remains to be seen whether another meeting will accelerate coming up with a solution to the crisis On the one hand, Greek voters acknowledged what has been known for two years: No Greek government can avert social chaos without a financial lifeline. Athens? departure from the euro would only speed the country?s financial collapse.

But the Greeks willingness to accept German money does little to raise popular support among German voters for continued bailouts of Athens -- and potentially Madrid and Rome yet to come. As the Greece election?results were being tallied here Sunday, most TV screens in the former East Germany were tuned to watch the national soccer team advance in the latest round of the Euro 2012 championship.

German voters who have been paying attention to the events in southern Europe are deeply ambivalent about the ongoing demands for bailouts. While most support the continuation of the monetary union, many are deeply skeptical that financial assistance alone can revive the comatose Greek economy.

?We are in a European union we have to stand for their debt as long as they're in the euro zone,? said Frederik Grewe, a retired government worker in Berlin. ?But the Greek have no basic industry -- only the tourists. It?s the same in Portugal and Spain and Italy.?

But the recession sweeping through southern Europe is already cutting demand for German exports, which has begun to slow the gears of Germany?s heavily export-driven economy. But for the time being, for German voters the euro zone crisis is visible only in the headlines.

If the recession spreads, though, Germany?s leaders may have an even tougher time continuing to extend the financial lifelines that are keeping southern Europe from slipping into a deeper downturn.

?If times get harder then it could easily happen that there?s less willingness to stand ... for other countries -- even in the same currency zone,? said Timo Klein, an economist with HIS Global Insight based in Frankfurt.

The Eurozone remains in a delicate balance as the financial crisis in both Greece and Spain threaten to take down their European partners. How will the financial troubles abroad affect the presidential election in November? Parag Khanna, co-author of "Hybrid Reality," joins the Melissa Harris-Perry panel to discuss.

Deal discourages TV attack ads in Mass. Senate bid

BOSTON (AP) ? In the tight Massachusetts Senate race, GOP incumbent Scott Brown has spent weeks questioning Democratic rival Elizabeth Warren's claim of Native American heritage, while Warren portrays Brown as a darling of Wall Street.

The rhetoric is constant, sometimes caustic and all but invisible from the ad campaign waged on television.

That's because Brown and Warren signed a deal to discourage third party groups from running television, radio and online ads in Massachusetts. At this point, at least, their pleas seem to have been heard and two are leading by example.

In his TV ads, Brown shows himself as a cheerful bipartisan lawmaker, doting father and supportive husband. No mention is made of the issue that's become the near sole focus of his campaign: Warren's flummoxed handling of questions about her heritage.

Warren also has run a tougher campaign off-screen than on.

At campaign stops, she routinely refers to Brown as "Wall Street's favorite senator," a phrase that's absent from her TV ads, which aim to portray her as a fighter for the middle class.

The race is one of the country's most competitive as Democrats look to take back the seat long held by the late Sen. Edward M. Kennedy until Brown shocked the political world by winning it in 2010. Democrats hold a slight edge in the Senate and they see Massachusetts as their top chance to pick up a Republican-held seat to offset any losses they may incur elsewhere.

Yet, so far, Massachusetts voters have been spared the kind of corrosive ads that have flooded the airwaves in Nevada Virginia and other states with hotly contested Senate contests.

Brown and Warren can't stop outside groups from getting involved. But less than five months before the election, it seems those groups are taking the candidates' wishes to heart. If the groups stay on the sidelines, the candidates would have to use their own ads to attack each other, should they decide to go that route.

That poses a particular risk for Brown, who has tailored a good guy image in his ads. The most recent features his wife, former Boston television reporter Gail Huff. Brown also championed the ad deal, saying it would help elevate the political discourse.

John Baick, a professor of history at Western New England University, said that without the agreement, GOP-aligned political action committees already would be targeting Warren with harsh ads.

"I'm sure there are outside conservative groups who are frustrated," Baick said. "They could have an ad on the air in two minutes, but they can't. It's one of those nonissue issues that can play so well."

The dust-up over Warren's claim of Native American heritage surfaced at the end of April when The Boston Herald first reported that Harvard University, where Warren works as a law professor, had touted her as a Native American.

It was later revealed that Warren had listed herself in law school directories as having Native American heritage. She also identified her race as "white" on an employment record at the University of Texas and declined to apply for admission to Rutgers Law School under a program for minority students.

Warren has acknowledged telling Harvard and her previous employer, the University of Pennsylvania, of her Native American heritage, but only after she had been hired by both schools.

Warren, who grew up in Oklahoma, said she and her brothers were told by their parents that her mother was part Native American. She said she never sought proof of her ancestry and her campaign has been unable to verify the claim.

"My mom and dad were deeply in love," Warren said in recent interview with The Associated Press. "My father wanted to marry my mother, his parents objected, because she was part-Cherokee and part-Delaware."

Brown's campaign seized on the issue, arguing that Warren used the claim to gain an unfair advantage in hiring. Harvard Law School professor Charles Fried, a member of the committee that reviewed Warren for a job at the law school, said the subject of her Native American ancestry was never mentioned.

While Brown has steered clear of the issue in his television ads, he's raised it in news releases, during campaign stops and in interviews with the media.

"When you are running for elected office, especially high elected office, you have to pass a test and the test is about truthfulness and credibility and honesty and quite frankly she's failed that test, as evidenced by her claiming to be a Native American," Brown said during an interview Thursday on Fox News Channel's "Fox & Friends."

So far the agreement appears to be holding. Under the deal, a candidate who benefits from an advertisement from a third party group has to pay half the cost of the ad to a charity named by the other candidate.

To date, Brown has paid nearly $36,000 to Warren's charity. Warren hasn't had to write a check.

Both campaigns say they aren't backing away from the pledge.

An aide to Brown credited the pledge with keeping certain big-money political action committees and third-party groups off the Massachusetts airwaves.

"We're hopeful they will continue to stay out," said campaign spokesman Colin Reed. "In the end, voters will have a stark choice between Scott Brown, an independent thinker who is fighting for more jobs, low taxes and less debt, and Elizabeth Warren, a liberal extremist."

Doug Rubin, a senior adviser to Warren, said the campaign is also pleased with the deal.

"One of the benefits of the people's pledge for our campaign is that we have a very positive message about Elizabeth and her values and this allows the campaign to communicate that message directly to voters," he said.

While the pledge is helping hold the line against attack ads that could change the closer the race gets to Election Day, observers say.

Recent polls show a virtual dead heat between Warren and Brown with a small number of undecided voters who probably will decide the contest.

David Paleologos, director of the Suffolk University Political Research Center, said that if one candidate begins to slide in the polls, they may resort to the kind of attacks the pledge was meant to discourage.

"You've got a scenario where Brown has to, if he wants to advance the (Native American) issue, he has to advance it himself," Paleologos said. "The same thing with Elizabeth Warren. If she wants to engage Scott Brown on Wall Street she has to do it."

There are risks that any negative ads could create a backlash, he said.

"In that sense the pledge is a refreshing sign," he added. "It forces the candidates to take responsibility for the positions of their campaigns."

Leftists poised for victory in French elections

(AP) ? French voters are choosing a new parliament Sunday that will determine how far Socialist President Francois Hollande can go with his push for economic stimulus in France and around a debt-burdened, stagnant Europe.

The left is in the spotlight and expected to take the driver's seat of the 577-seat National Assembly after Sunday's second round of legislative elections.

Hollande's Socialists dominated the first round last week and pollsters predict they will win the most seats in the lower house. That would wrench it from the hands of former President Nicolas Sarkozy's conservatives, who have led it for a decade.

The French election campaign focused on local issues but it will determine this country's political direction, which has Europe-wide importance. France is the second-biggest economy in the eurozone and, along with powerhouse Germany, contributes heavily to bailouts to weaker nations and often drives EU-wide policy.

Sunday's decisive second round election comes after a hasty new bailout for Spanish banks, and the same day as crucial voting in Greece. The Greek elections may determine whether the country stays in the euro, with repercussions for all the other 16 countries that use the joint currency.

After budget-tightening in France under Sarkozy that leftists warned would send France back into recession, Hollande is pushing for government-sponsored stimulus to encourage growth ? and has met opposition from German Chancellor Angela Merkel as the two try to stem Europe's crisis.

Hollande's Socialist government has pledged to reduce the deficit, but markets are worried about higher spending when France's debts are so high.

Hollande, a moderate and mainstream leftist who is committed to European unity, is hoping to get an absolute majority of 289 seats for the Socialists to avoid having to make concessions to the Euro-skeptic far left.

Voting started at 8 a.m. (0600GMT) in mainland France and the final polls close in big cities at 8 p.m. (1800GMT). Polling agency projections of the results are expected soon afterward, and official results are expected late Sunday night.

Political and personal intrigue ? and the resurgent far right ? marked the legislative campaign. The anti-immigrant National Front, which wants to abandon the euro and stop immigration, is wrangling for its first real presence in parliament in more than a quarter century.

Sarkozy's conservative UMP party is struggling to hold onto seats, and many candidates are angling for far-right votes to defy polls and win, or assure a respectable presence in parliament.

National Front leader Marine Le Pen has revamped the party to try to shed its reputation as racist and anti-Semitic inherited under party founder Jean-Marie Le Pen. Daughter Marine placed a solid third in spring presidential elections and its candidates ranked third in last Sunday's first round of parliamentary voting.

But the French parliament system is such that the party is not expected to get more than three or four seats.

Any candidate who won support of more than 12.5 percent of registered voters in the first round advanced to Sunday's runoff, and many districts have three-way races.
