DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (Fresh Windows 8 Pro on SSD)

So I installed Windows 8 Pro on my OCZ Vertex 4 the other day, and more often then not, when restarting the pc it just stands on the 'Restarting' screen for 5-10 minutes untill it finally restarts. Upon restart the large grey box saying there was error would come up with the dump directory locations. This seemed to have happened a few times too when attempting to put the computer to sleep.. could anyone have a look and give me a solution? Thanks!
