Margaret A. Sommers: Would monitoring be easier if jobs were in United States?

Here's a quote from the recent article on the garment factory fire in Bangladesh: "The reality is you have to have round-the-clock monitoring of every aspect of the supplier's operations... . It's just not feasible."

How about bringing all those jobs back to the United States?
